You don't buy a ZIF with a particular multiplier.  The multiplier is 
set on the jumper block o nthe logic board.  You buy a, say, 700MHz 
ZIF and set it to 10x66MHz on the board.  Alternately, you buy a 
650MHz ZIF and set it to 660MHz.
