While you're recommending cd-rw drives (I need one too) what would anyone
suggest as far as dvd playback? I have a beige G3 300 tower and I want to
play dvd's (if the playback quality isn't great I'm planning on getting a
new G3 zif from OWC anyway).

Thanks in advance (once again :oP)
