I'm not so sure of that. I do believe from listening to his program from
time to time, that he really does like his Mac and believes in the Mac
concept and product line. I know when he wants to "hawk" something, he can
do it as well as anyone out there and he gets results. He's made it clear
he doesn't agree with Jobs philosophy, but he is quick to say that Apple
makes "one hell of a product anyway". I've never heard him really get on
bandwagon and tell his listeners, "go buy a Mac, you'll be glad you did" or
anything like that. He just mentions that he is very pleased with his Mac
hardware, it rarely, if ever freezes up on him or breaks down. He's called
it one of the most stable machines on the market today. Those are comments
I've personally heard him make. He does stop short of telling folks to buy
it or try it and that's where he can make a difference. I don't agree with
a lot that he says, but I find some of his callers a real hoot! I don't
hear any other talk radio host even mentioning the Mac or the OS 10
software. I'm glad he promotes the product the little that he does. I
just feel that if Apple were a full sponsor, it might see some turn around
in sales and growth. As a stockholder, I would definitely like to see that
happen, regardless of my political beliefs
