I have a friend that wants to put a dvd-rom in his 9600. He has no added cards <ide/etc> so has to go scsi. Has anyone done this before and got it to work? There is an ATI rage128 / 16mb and a G3/450 cpu involved so I assume the patched 2.7 player may work ok as far as smoothness.
