Yeah, but if Im using SCSI its not for DVDs or CD-ROMs.  Thats what Id be 
using the onboard ATA for.  And still, 2 drives a bus compared to 15 drives a 
bus for SCSI, Ill never give up on SCSI.  ATA, IIRC, accesses the system 
processor to perform some (all?) of its functions, while SCSI has its own 
dedicated processor and never needs anything else on the motherboard.  Im happy with 
getting an 80MB/s SCSI card for $35 and a couple of 9GB 10k rpm drives cheap.
