First of all, do these symptoms indicate a hardware problem or software.
How can I diagnose the symptoms? What's going on. I have replaced just about everything in the computer except for the case and just finished running Disk Utilities, Disk Warrior and TechTool Pro 4. All was OK (after a few repairs)

Does XpostFacto let beige G3s run OS X as if they're totally blessed by Apple?
Can you Google and see if there are G3/XpostFacto issues that you may not be aware of?
I have OS 9.1 running on my G3 Beige MT/333 - no need to run OS X since I also have a G4 tower.
Um, a Beige G3 doesn't need XpostFacto to run OS X.2.8. It is fully supported.
