After installing xlr8 cache-software my B&W(G4 with 10.3.3) didn't boot anymore(got the 6-language "please reboot"-message). So I installed osx on the other disk, rebooted from it, and removed all the cache software-items. But now when I select it as my bootdisk and reboot it still reboots my new osx-installation. When I remove the new drive it won't boot at all, can't find a bootable partition on my original drive.

Hope this makes sense to someone after spending 3 hours, it is after midnight here :-(
