There are three places to put them.

Thanks, however, neither explain the reason for my problem as I only have one account, the admin from which I run all apps.

Freehand can see and use some fonts which other programs,
e.g. Illustrator and Acrobat can't.

If I create a PDF from a Freehand file which has Helvetica in
it, the font is substituted as Acrobat/printing process can't
access the font.

If I use Arial, no problems...

???
