Whatever the issue is, it's rather random and that makes it hard to get it 100%. I'm just saying, have a backup solution (in this case, a Radeon card) in case the machine decides that it doesn't like you very much and wishes to make your life a living heck. :D
Strangely enough, I've always had way more problems running 10.2.8 than I ever did running Panther.
