Re: X11 and Jag

X11 is pretty cool But it also lags down the system if you don't got enuf 
RAM... I use it for GRASS GIS which is a mapping application. Installing 
shouldn't be a promblem at all. It's actually included on the Panther 
install CD. I notice one thing about Panther is that it installs all of the 
Fonts, lanuages , and a few unneeded things so if you install OS X it's best 
to do a custom install so you can remove what you don't need. Only use X11 
if you really need it... What are you needing X 11 for?? Maybe there is 
another work around with out X11 on the OS.
