And here's my favorite part: If you *have* to call technical support a polite and roughly 30-35 year old technically skilled white male living in Seattle answers the phone on the first ring after the prompt and treats you with respect while IMMEDIATELY fixing your problem. (((note about above...I am not a racist or sexist, it just seems to be that way every time I have had to call technical support))) I could not be happier with them and will NEVER switch ISP's.
