I'm trying to come up with a good method of organizing my massive collection of photos. I don't like iPhoto because it moves files around and has a bunch of features I don't need.
I've been looking at Shoebox and I like its features, though I haven't fully figured it out using the demo. The full version is expensive and the pro version is even more. So, are there other possibilites out there... something that will leave my files in their directories, but will sort and display them according to certain categories (particularly date) pass them on to Photoshop when I ask it to, etc?
