Hey Harry as you can tell from my sig below, I have a G4 Sawtooth and I
am using the USB keyboard that came with the machine and I can turn on
the computer from the keyboard.

Brad, I just went and looked at the little "Black" keyboard that came with my G4 and sure enough it has a power-key. I have the same system as you, however when I purchased my system I also purchased the Apple Pro Keyboard which doesn't haver a power-on key. Therefore I've always had to use the power-key on the front of my machine and so I've thought that the "Fat-Key" power-on key was a feature that Apple had abandoned.

So why in the heck did Apple leave the power-key off of the Pro Keyboard. It's sort of Minor-Pro keyboard.
