I've recently got a Radeon7000 installed in a G3/266, OS X 10.3.9 (with
XPostFacto), and this made all the difference between a slow Mac and a
usable Mac for basic tasks (email, surfing, ....). I was surprised by the
performance in a positive way.

>Hi all,
>I have a Beige G3 that's getting no video- tested screen, works fine on
other machines. Is there a PCI card (AGP???) that works without having to
install drivers (since there's no working screen to install them)?
>The original video card broke a few years ago and I think I put in a
twin turbo card, then gave the machine to a relative. He gave it back now
it's supposed to go to another relative who needs it.
>But I don't remember about the drivers.
