Whenever I see the following statement on my monitor, I replace the PRAM battery, and so far it has always cured the problem. With all of the other symptoms there may be more wrong, but I would start with the simplest, and cheapest and get a new PRAM battery. Then I would check all the main connectors and do a restart. I hope it works. I've been lucky with that so far.
