You'll need the exit rollers to solve your problem. I've had good experience buying from printerworks.com: <http://www.printerworks.com/Catalogs/EX-Catalog/EX-AssblyContents.html> You can buy just the parts you need, and that's a bit cheaper than buying a whole kit from some of the other sources. BTW, the LW630 is a dream to work on compared to older printers like the LW2 series. As for printing, I cannot understand why you weren't able to print via its ethernet port. I can print to my trusty LW630 from any of my Macs (classic MOSes and X) using the built-in LW drivers.
