Dave, I may be getting into an area that I perhaps misunderstood here (your problem with it, I mean), but I had IE 5.3 on my OS 9 (on my 6500) & had no problem with PDF files. I installed 9.2.2 on my B&W G/3 G/4 upgrade) which runs in the Classic Environment & I have not noticed any difference.
