Do I think OS X will run on a PS3? Im not exactly the person to ask. But my opinion, it should reasonable. There is plenty of processing power, and it is PPC. One possible way I see of going about this is to install Linux on it. There are Linux versions for the Play Station Portable, as well as XBox. So once you have Linux running, run MacOnLinux, which gives OS X direct control of the hardware, so there is no emulation involved. Man, that could be a fast setup.
