At this point, it could be either the power supply or motherboard. Strip the machine down a bit. No externals except keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Pull the PCI cards and video card. Hit the CUDA button (reset the PMU) *once*. Then try booting... see if you can at least the "no gots memory!" beeps. What specific PowerMac do you have?
