From the menu : Controls > Shuffle > Turn off Shuffle. (which is what it will say if it's on, it will say 'Turn On Shuffle' if it's off.) If shuffle isn't the culprit, it may be the way you're ordering the songs in the playlist. You want to order it by Album, which will automatically put the song on the album in track order. If it's still not in order, (and it may not be, depending on the music source) select each track from the album, press command-i and enter the correct track number for each piece. You can also merge multiple tracks into one. <http://www.3am.pair.com/iTunesJoin.html> is $10 shareware, and <http://www.dougscripts.com/itunes/itinfo/jointogether.php> is free for the basic version.
