Hi,
my native language is Czech. Czech Republic is a relatively small country 
more or less in the middle of Europe, but it's also quite well-developed. 
And don't worry, I'm sure your potential problems have nothing to do with 
your nationality or iq or so (if your iq is high enough to handle foreign 
languages, computers, real life and blind accessible computer games, then 
it's all right :-) - it's just that everyone needs their own time to get to 
understand some new concept. Furthermore, the same thing needs to be 
explained differently to different people. And this natural and true element 
is even more relevant if a person is visually impaired or just disabled in 
any other way. We are also taught math and geometry at a quite high level, 
angles, degrees and stuff, but everything new is darn difficult to imagine 
and to understand at first to me. So that's nothing unusual.
