Well there is 1 music track to play all the time and a few generic crappy sfx that do get boring. I did try to tell neils that his sounds were quite bad and crappy and suggested him to write more, ambiences, different tracks etc etc.
However unfortunately we are stuck with what we have.
The sound engine he uses just does not support that many sounds and to get another would cost more and require a recode. I have asked him to at least impliment different tracks but I think we are stuck with 1 music and 1 missile sound and several lasers of different pitches. So from the sound point of view its prity crap and boring so text is the way foreward. I do hope maybe later on at some point this is rectified but if its going to be to much trouble well.
I havn't managed to sit down and play for ages.
