Hi, There are a couple of possible reasons. The first is if you have User Account Control, (UAC,) active you will have to run the setup by invoking it using the Run As Administrator option from the context menu in Windows Explorer. The second is if you have a 64-bit machine you need to make sure the files go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Kitchensinc and not in C:\Program Files\Kitchensinc.
