Hi Charles, That's for sure. Smartphone access has improved all across the board, and now days it is likely a blind customer can walk into any store and purchase an accessible smartphone from just about any manufacturer. Apple's iOS is accessible, most Android phones running Google Android 4.0 or better is more or less accessible, and of course the Windows smartphones running Windows 8 aren't too bad with Narrator. So right there we have a pretty wide choice when it comes to reasonably accessible phones and platforms to develop software for.
