Well, sorry to say once again you grabbed the wrong thing. Try
downloading this file
https://garage.maemo.org/frs/download.php/7611/PyS60_binaries_certificate_error_fixed.zip
and unzip it. I am pretty sure this is what you want which has all the
files required for Python programs on s60 devices, and the certificate
errors are corrected in that version.
