Hi. This is not off topic. However, the simulator is not free. The unfortunate thing is that finding it is difficult unless you can find someone who is selling their copy. Recently there has been discussions on this list concerning distributing the simulator on the Internet. The excuse was that since it's no longer sold, then it was ok to do so. In fact, since it's not freeware or in the public domain, this is not legal and any illegal discussions on list are not permitted.
So in short, talking about the simulator is on topic, but talking about how to get it illegally is off topic. Hope this helps.
