It wouldn't be hard to right on the buttons in brail. All you have to do is
get a sited person, he or she could tell you where you have to place the
brail strip of paper, like those dimo tapes which have letters around and a
trigger at the end, then you just place the brail where ever you want! You
don't even need to pay.

Well as far as the money goes. That would depend on the type of controls
they used in the game. Apple does have accessible controls for use with
voiceover. But if they used custom controls. then it would be a total
rewrite of the program, and that would cost money.
