re: team work
I hate to keep mentioning the hear impairment angle, since he said he's already working on a solution, but same issue makes team work rather...sluggish...since you can't tell direction or where your friend/teammate is unless they stay on your hearing side. Just in case any of you wonder "if it's really such a big deal" unplug all your speakers, put one earbud headphone into one ear and leave the other one out, and play the game that way- you'd get a feel of what it's like.

So, teamwork for me atm is pretty much a no go- and you must give allowance to some people who just like solo action- I admit I'm more of a lone wolf type anyway when it comes to gaming.
