Hi there.
I've been out of the loop for a while but it was my understanding
that escape just pauses the game and brings you back to the main menu
and if you want to continue your game, you press escape a second
time. It's like a toggle. Perhaps this was only true for single player mode?
maybe it should ask are you sure you want to quick and then you'd
have to spell out the word "exit" if you really mean it.
