i just put a new 3.0.0 snapshot out at http://matt-massie.com/ganglia/.
this version compiles and runs happily on windows machines (using
libtool dlopening of the modules). if there is a cygwin guru out there,
i'd love to make the modules into dlls (hint hint).
i altered the modules (mod_example and mod_load) since they needed to
have a data declaration macro and to make all the callback functions
static in order to prevent symbol collisions if we dlopen them.
