Last night we were talking about increasing packet size -- I just
thought I'd mention this gmond option which I'm not sure if
everybody's aware of (I wasn't ;-) :

  -b, --bandwidth        Calculate minimum bandwidth use for configuration
                           (default=off)

This only shows up if you run gmond --help and doesn't exist in the
manpages.  In fact, our manpages are quite outdated -- any takers on
revamping it?
