on that line, noticed we are not exporting any of the headers that will be
needed to use to compile a C module out of tree (and ganglia.h isn't that
clean either, and probably not good as a public header as well).

should we create a directory "ganglia" with a cleaned up "ganglia.h" and all
headers that are needed exported so that out of tree C modules can be created
without having to get the ganglia sources?
