Dear all: With the help of rrdserv, it is not necessary for the frontend code/web server to reside on the same server running gmetad. This requires minor changes to the web PHP code to support. You will need to run rrdserv on the gmetad server.
I'm curious if folks have some use cases for this? There are security implications to this setup though.
