I can see the common lisp directory that Marc Battyani is starting up as being the "one stop shop" for lisp info. What it really needs to get going is a group of helpful people to categorize the information it gets and help add more ... wonder where he could find that. I find though that, in the absence of any official support, these things tend to spring up naturally. Right now I think the common lisp directory has a good shot at being it, which also means I think we should help support it.
That said, I agree that we should not get too deep into building "the one site to rule them all"(TM). Doing so would take a lot of effort, and may end up with the community deciding that what they want is something else anyways.
