I have no problem either way, I am just glad I don't have to be the judge. I will say this, if Leggaret Blount can cold cock an opponent and generally act like goon on national television and get re-instated then Rainey has a chance to play before the season is out.

I don't see him playing before spring ball and he is off probation/deferred prosecution/ or whatever else it is. I don't think the problem that precipitated the threatening text can be resolved in just a few counseling sessions. I don't think he will be released from court supervision until the psychologist releases him.
