A good theory, pretty reasonable.
One question - why now? Intellectual Property law hasn't changed in
this area since I was in law school 20 years ago, and it was old then.
Surely UF has had licensing agreements going back decades.
If this was part of UF's master plan when licensing its logo, what
took so long?
