That's whose position has changed - not the universities.

It might be a different school, but I would wager that it is the
same licensing company.
This may be the story that everyone seems to be missing, that one
licensing company is acting much more heavy-handed than companies
had in the past, that the high schools are suffering, and that the
Universities are reaping the bad press.
