well as one radio talking head pointed out................ if these rumors are true.. then he's bought real estate in about 10 different states in the last few months.
And lets keep in mind... that ND is not doing all that well.. and ND is very very impatient... and we know that ND is UM's dream job. and it will be an interesting bidding war between PSU and OSU... but if ND comes into the picture... ND wins.. they have the bigger bucks.
