I have the same setup from my ISP. It works fine although under 'NAT -> Aliases', GNATBox tells me "...IP Address is on unique network". No problems though, and the GNATBox does routing properly even though the Default Route is on another subnet.
No configuration changes necessary, just enter aliases for the new block of IP addresses just as you would for any IP address on your old block.
