What should I do if I want to use lightweight version od GDAL (libgdal-corel) only with JP2 driver. Putting libgdal_-jp2openjpg.dll with gdal.dll is not sufficient. I do not know who is the conda "maintainer" but it would be nice to give more descriptive summary for gdal, libgdal and libgdal-core packages, because now they are the same: GDAL is a translator library for raster and vector geospatial data formats that is released under an X/MIT style Open Source license by the Open Source Geospatial Foundation. The release notes are only about changes that occur at the source code level. They are tens of packaging solutions, which are all independent from the source delivery, and happen after the source release. Just mentioned Conda as it is quite popular. -- http://www.spatialys.com My software is free, but my time generally not. _______________________________________________ gdal-dev mailing list gdal-dev@lists.osgeo.org https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/gdal-dev
