Hi -- I wrote a few weeks ago with newbie questions about setting up a 55g
tank to house phelsumas. I appreciated the advice you guys gave me. The tank
is set up with 3 inches of potting soil/peat moss mix, several live plants
including epiphytes, and three gnarled branches that provide multiple levels
within the tank.

Now, my next question -- how essential is it to use RO water when misting,
watering plants, etc? Will bottled water or filtered water work? I've read
elsewhere that RO water is a good idea, I'm just wondering if I need to
secure a supply. The only place I know of with RO is a little ways away from
being convenient.

Second question -- may I ask for referrals for breeders/sources of day
geckos, specifically I am looking for gold dust, phelsuma laticauda. I have
located a source of pin head crickets, so I can feed young lizards
appropriately, but I am new to this and am open to advice on the best age
for me to acquire. I also suspect it would be best for the pair or trio to
be sexed.

Thanks again for the help of the experienced!

Chrissy
