Thanks Ales. I started working on a package that doesn't rebuild the
docs, but found it to be a bit of work since I can't 'make install'.

Also I had some problems with toplevel/gedadocs.html, which references
some documentation I could not find (eg readmes directory).

For Debian we should really rebuild the documentation with a latex2html
equivalent. But I'll worry about that later.
