It seems to work pretty well.  They offer voice mail, call waiting, ID, 
etc. included as with most of the other VoIP providers.  Unlimited free 
long distance, etc.  I am not sure what the difference is between their 
service and Vonage (not features at least) other than they are cheaper. 
  I have never had a problem dialing out.  Voice quality is nearly or as 
good as copper and better than my cell phone.  There is a one time $49 
charge for the VoIP box that plugs into the network.
