Since you still have it, I suppose I'm trolling for this answer, but....

How do you like it?  Any good or bad things about it?  What's the
difference between their service and Vonage?

Shoulda sent out an email... www.packet8.com is 19.95 per month for the 
same thing.  This is what I have been using for about 8 months or more. 
  No more Bell at my house, just Cox and VoIP.
