By the way: What does PMC mean?
Project Management Committee. In addition to finding a sponsoring
member, you might find that your CMS would be a good fit under the
umbrella of an existing project. in that case, you would probably lobby
the PMC of that project to have them sponsor your incubation.
Cocoon has Lenya (another Cocoon-based CMS) now under incubation as a subproject, maybe there is overlap and hence a chance for collaboration?
