This requirement would seem to be against the idea that we participate in

company’s interest rather than the Foundation’s interest, shouldn’t that be 
dealt with in itself?

Could you elaborate on “beyond the general Apache mission”?  You probably have 
some concrete examples in mind, and I’m sure we don’t want to start dissecting 
those examples rather than your overall suggestion, but personally, I’m not 
sure what you mean.

That suggestion would seem to preclude a knowledgable insider who happens to be 
an Apache member from helping out with incubating a project.  Which seems kind 
of inefficient.
