The thing is that a lot of the NetBeans infrastructure has built up and expanded over the 20 years of its existence. The Apache incubator is going to be a great moment in which to evaluate what we want to keep and what should be discarded and how these various pieces fit into Apache's structures. All software is kind of similar in these requirements, there's not going to be anything that we can't solve in one way or another. Yes, several questions remain and Daniel Gruno is now in direct contact with the NetBeans build engineer and others from the NetBeans team knowledgeable in this area.
