Beats me but I haven' t the time to explore it. I should try another
ISP to see if the problem lies there or with the line I guess.
Oversubscription,probably.our cable "surf unlimited" was slow or impossible
to connect to at first.Telewest put in more modems,upped the backbone
bandwidth,now it rarely drops below 50k
With the new digital service, it should reach much higher speeds.
