Hi Nicholas,

if you have ensembl ids and you want the orthologs in other species, the
simplest way is certainly biomart's martview on www.biomart.org.

Select ensembl genes, create a filter with your IDs (paste your IDs), select
attributes / orthologs and select the species your interested in. You can
also download their coding sequences in fasta format.
