I have a list of 40,000 SNPs (scattered throughout the human genome). I would
like to attribute conservation scores to each variant. I would like to use GERP
scores. Realising that there is no MySQL function for GERP, I am guessing I
will write a PERL script to match a downloaded 'GERP' file to my queries. Is
there a way of downloading GERP scores for hg19? I know this can be done
manually via 'Tables' - but guess and FTP server would be the way to do this?
What do you suppose is the best way?

Best Wishes
Chris
